Outer and Inner Thigh Raise
First, lay down on your left side while supporting your head with your forearm. Then, bend your left leg at approximately a 45-degree angle while keeping your right leg straight in front of you. Place your other arm gently down to keep you stable, and then life your right leg about as high as your hip. Do 5 leg lifts. Repeat on the other side, and do a total of 3 sets on each side.
Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, using a wall or sturdy chair behind you to give you support if needed. Turn your toes and knees outward 45 degrees, and pull your bottom and belly in. Bend your knees in a fluid motion so that you lower your torso while keeping your back straight. Go as far down as you can, not further than your thighs appearing parallel with the ground, and then come back up. Repeat for 5 pliés.
Sit on the edge of a stable chair. Keep your back straight and your feet placed firmly on the floor. Hold a 5-pound weight in each of your hands and let your arms dangle toward the floor. One at a time, raise your hand with your palms facing up, bending at the elbows. Slowly release back to the starting position. Do a total of 10 curls.
